Shipping

Packages are shipped via USPS. This enables us to keep our delivery costs low and pass the savings on to you. Since delivery is handled by your local postal service, your order can be delivered 6 days a week, including Saturdays. Lux 47 Co. is not responsible for carrier delivery delays, damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

*Holidays and other observances may prolong the delivery of packages.

Delivery Estimates

Are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start for 1-3 business day. If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

*During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship to addresses in the USA.

We currently do not ship internationally, including Canada. We ship to all 50 United States and its territories.

P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO Addresses

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses

 

Returns

Your safety and well-being and that of our families is our number one priority. In response to the latest developments surrounding the Covid-19 Coronavirus, and due to the nature of our handcrafted natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons our products cannot be restocked or resold, so we do not accept returns.

Refunds and Exchanges

Lux 47 Co. does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products due to general dissatisfaction or if a product does not resonate with your skin. However, if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at Amina@lux47.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  For the fastest service, please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a product sent to you in error will be shipped to you free of charge. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Gift Cards (if applicable)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash or credit. Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card. Please treat this card like cash; it is not replaceable if lost, stolen or if used without authorization. Gift Cards cannot be used to buy non-merchandise items (i.e. another Gift Card). Gift Cards cannot be used on international orders. Gift cards are redeemable for goods only at lux47co.com and are only redeemable for the credit balance on the card. Your use of the gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you have additional questions about Lux 47 Co. Cancellation Policy

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
